In which .mpq file is the Lava Spawn's model located?

Also, its been a while since I was last here and I seem to have a really foul title. Can anyone inform me of how to change it?

oh, ok, thanks, I just assumed it would be in war3x.mpq.

Hmm, when I open my war3patch.mpq file with WinMPQ it just shows a list of unknown files e.g ~unknowns\unknown_00000016

The game still plays fine so it doesn't seem to be much of a problem, but I can't get to any of the files in it.

You need list file for WinMPQ to recognise those files
