Does anyone know how to remove it? I've been twiddling with the settings in the object editor, gameplay constants and game interface and nothing has worked. I've just tried the "Game-Hide minimap creep icons" trigger but it doesn't work too. |

Find out in warviewer what the path is for the icon, then import a blank or fully alpha'd out miniature object (1 pixel?), with the same name and the path. |

Already tried importing blank icons to this path: "UI\Minimap\MinimapIcon\MinimapIconCreepLoc.blp" |

Arent there... 3 icons though? Big red, medium orange, and lil' greeny? |

There's two. The small one is the one I indicated, the orange one uses the path: "UI\Minimap\MinimapIcon\MinimapIconCreepLoc2.blp", which I've also tried and the red one seems to use the medium creep camp icon with a different colour (The creep camp icon .blps are simple alpha-maps). In any case i'm only trying to remove small creep camp icons. |

I think there might me a setting for showing creep camp icons in the object editor. Check for it then change all the units. |

Why dont you just do it the simple way and turn of minimap creep display upon map initilisation and lock it with triggers? Should work no? -Garith |

For some reason, that trigger does nothing when I use it. |

at top left of w.e. theres a pic of your map and it has a box that you can check off and on that says show creep camp icon make sure thats unchecked i think that's the problem |

I KNOW I can switch off creep camps from showing but a player could always click on that button again. Repeatedly forcing the creep camp button off does NOT work because there's still a short period where the player can click the creep camps on. The problem with that is that the player will be able to gain information that they are not supposed to have by looking at the creep camps. |

Well you could just make the neutral hostile units Neutral Passive or Neutral Victim, then when they are attacked or hit by a spell, turn them into neutral hostile. |

Actually, even if they're just not Neutral Hostile at the beginning of the map, it should work fine. Change them at a certain Time Elapsed. I'm fairly sure that the Creep camps are determined by preplaced neutral hostile units only. |
