I was working on the hero glow of Silvanas' bow string, and I found the bones to which they are attached use a modified Billboarded parameter: "BillboardedLockY".
What does it mean?

it means that during the bone action, it will bilboard the model at y angle

it is used to make a perfect visibility on a geoset by an axy
