New one to see if your interests have changed. I usually listen to Godsmack and Alice in Chains. On occasion I like to draw while listening to teachers lectures even though I don't particularily like thier music. |

Still no. Surprisingly, I draw pretty well if I'm listening to a lecture in class. It'd be pretty nice if I didn't also have to write down everthing they put on the board. And I still like country music. Deal with it, rockers. |

Heh, well, I hardly draw at all anymore outside of class. But if I do, I listen almost exclusively to video game music. Hitoshi Sakimoto first and foremost, but I like Nobuo Uematsu and Yasunori Mitsuda as well. If I'm looking for something heavier, I'll listen to Kamelot, Blind Guardian, Rhapsody, Nightwish, et cetera. |

Heh... I'm still a Rock/Hard Rock fan... Rage against the machine if I'm feeling like I need angst to come through in the work. Music is just an emotional amplifier for me... usually anger. icbm1987 |

i listen about any music that seem to have a theme in common with what i draw, when i draw a girl i listen to a band with a female singer, type of girl i draw vary with the musical style, i dont listen to hard rock or punk if i draw a princess for example... i usually listen to smoother stuff without getting in *gay* music, agressive girl with a sword or a scythe (deadly girl drawing) is more like punk of metal still with female singer most of my bands are: Kittie: Metal, all female band ====> related theme ex: almost anything since songs vary a lot good for overall drawing themes The Distillers, female singer ====> related theme ex: again the music style vary a lot, from punk to rock to hard rock or punk hardcore, another good overall Kidney Thieves, female singer ====> related theme ex: softer stuff or weird stuff, music style variation again (good unknown band btw) Rammstein, No need to say more,,, Raised fist, male singer ====> related theme ex: extreme drawing, demons... violent stuff... System of a down, no need to say more again... Melissa Auf Der Maur, female singer (meh!) ====> not too extreme but not smooth either... typical rock and hard rock band sometime strange... Ladytron, female singer(s) ====> humm for smoother stuff or technologic drawings... Others: plenty of them, would had to write for hours to name them all... however i dont listen to rap since i hate that... except for 1 song Wicked and Weird of Buck65 (its funny especially the clip) |

I also enjoy clasical music a lot: Pachelbel's cannon, Mozart's Requiem (the best music ever created), Pergolesi, Stabat Mater, The funerals of the Queen Mary (Purcel), The Four Seasons... I'm also quite a fan of the Beatles. But these days my thoughts are rather too chaotic for sweet soft music, I need something more violent! |
