Guest | To create a Spell with the following properties: At level 1, it heals a target unit a set amount of hit points (aka Holy Light) At level 2, it heals all units in a selected area (When spell is being cast you get an area of effect circle like the spell Blizzard) for a set amount of life At level 3, heals all units in a larger area for set amount of hit points. If that can't be done this would also be acceptable: At level 1, heals a single target At level 2, heals a single target AND units within (Range) of that target At level 3, larger range. It would also be nice if this could be done for offensive spells (Example a fire spell that hits one target at level 1, hits a target and does splash damage at level 2, hits a target and does LOTS of splash damage at level 3) However, I am confused as to how I would do this (which base spell to use, etc) Is this even possible or would this require editing of .dll files and perhaps even .exe files? |

not sure if this will work but... can you change the damage on blizzard to negative values and make its radius get larger like it was in 1.03 ? obviously you will want to change the animation as well |

Guest | OOHhhh I got it! If I use the logic of FROST NOVA for my spell, I can make it do all of this! At level 1 I can make it only harm one target....at level 2 it hurts the target unit and units around it, and level 3 I made the range longer.... Yesss! Now if I could only get it to allow me to target a spot on the ground instead of forcing me to target a unit..... |

Guest | Frost Nova... mmmmm... I think the blizz idea would work better personally because it would affect the ground and you could see where you place it |

Yeah, blizzard or tranquility, make the radius really small (1 unit) at the first level and increase the radius |
