Goblin Techno Witch
By Nihalanor

Witch with machine of destruction

Deployable turret
Unit Classification: Hero
Prymary Attribute: Intelligence
HP/Mana at level 10: 950/750
Attack Type: Ranged
Projectile Art: Cluster missiles
Movemment: Walking, fast
Propper Names: Pyria the Bugger, Shipla Bombastique, Mambloa Detonatia, Lady Greenplague, Miss Missiler, Shumbolady, Trumbuska Bugmaiden, Gordilady the Radiomancer, Blimpa Bolin, Controlinna Remotus, Creusa la Praga.
History: Though women are usually left aside in goblin society, during the horde's war against the human alliance, a small group of skilled female goblins, known as the Techno-Witches, dared to enter the battlefield, carrying their bizarre contramption with them. The Techno-Witches are very skilled engineers and constructors and, like all goblins, compensate their low stature and small physical strength with the firepower of their weapons. They always take a massive remotely controlled battle engine with them, using it to attack their enemies.
Abilities:
>Mine Field (120 mana, 5 seconds cooldown): The Witch uses her engine, always loaded with anti-personal mines, to deploy a mine field at a target location. The field contains 10/25/40 randomly placed mines, which are permanent and deal 50/100/150 damage upon explosion to nearby units. Level 3 mines have a 30% chance to cripple a unit hit for 20 seconds. Only 1/2/3 mine fields can be controlled at the same time.
>Anti-Air Turret (75 mana, 15 seconds cooldown): The Witch deploys a powerful stationary turret to attack airborne enemies. The turrets have fast attack rate, 100/200/300 HP and deal 20/30/40 damage. Level 3 turrets have flak cannons. Projectile art: Gyrocopter
>Ballistic Upgrade (Passive): Allows the Witch's contramption to fire multiple (5/8/12) enemies with each shot (like barrage, but works with anything). Also increases the area of effect damage of mines by 50/80/120, the attack damage of turrets by 10/15/20 and the radiation damage of nuclear missiles by 1/2/3.
>Nuclear Silo (250 mana, 180 seconds cooldown, Ultimate): The Witch programs her machine to build a Nuclear Silo at a target location. The Witch, alone, has 550 hitpoints and fast movement speed, but is unable to uses her normal abilities or attack. The Silo has 1500 hitpoints and, as soon as it is deployed, starts building a Nuclear Warhead (takes 80 seconds). After that the Witch has to mark a target for the missile, which is permanent until launched. The missile is then launched and, after 10 seconds during which the Witch can't move, it explodes upon the target area, dealing up to 350 damage to everything on the blast radius. For the next 320 seconds, anything on the affected area will take 3 radiation damage per second, and the Techno-Witch uses a rocket to return to the Silo's position right after the initial blast.
Sound Set: Effeminated version of the Tinker
Animations:
>Attack: The Witch presses the red button on her remote control and the missile turret on the contramption rotates in the direction of the target and fires.
>Move: Witch walks, followed closely by the engine
>Minefield: The engine moves to the target area and releases the mines one by one. The Witch stays still.
>Anti-Air Turret: Engine Stays still. The witch gets a packed turret from her cape an arms it like shown in the drawing, attaching it to the ground
>Nuclear Silo: The contramption makes a hole on the ground and attaches itself to it, becoming similar to a Terran nuclear silo.
>Death: The engine explodes, only the Witch dissipates.
Steam Titan
by Moon_Lunatic
Hero
The goblins are always trying to make the biggest and baddest, well, almost anything. A group of shredder engineers started working on a group of shredders to see who could make the best one. They all went their own paths, but one goblin, decided he'd aslo build his for war. When it came time to show their creations, there was one shredder veiled by a cloth at least twice the size of all of the others. Surely it would win. After it won, all the other goblins tried to make a shredder, or "steam warrior" as big and bad, but none succeded. But enough of the goblins, let's get to the true pride and joy of the story, the steam titan. After being built, everyone wanted to take out every bolt and washer of the titan, so the creator had to run away with it. In his journey, he fine tuned his creation to a massive fighting machine that stood above trees and sliced through them more easily then a bee sting skin. The creator was getting lonely though, so he returned to his village to continue working on other projects. He had come right in time, the goblin village was being raided by trolls. His Titan ripped through the trolls and continued straight to their own village and tore down every last log shaped building he could find! News spread quickly and soon he was being hired by the humans to fight for them, and other times, by the orcish war chiefs. The creator was getting old though, and he would not live forever. So he decided to teach his children and their grand children how to make such a grand creation. Of course, not all of them were as keen or dedicated as the creator himself so only a few continued on to create such behemoths. But as the legacy grew, it became common to hire these massive juggernauts for war purposes.
Flame Thrower - Fires sprout out of it's built in forge that lies in it's hand. Deals spray damage to everyone in front of him. Increases in damage and range.
Red Button - When the Titan goes down, so does everything around it. Damage upon death with a fairly large radius. Increases in damage and range.
Buzz Saw - Insta kills depending on creature level. Enable harvest for the Steam Titan also. Max level it can insta kill and mana cost increase.
Over Clocking - The Steam Titan goes beserk, this requires extreme dexterity and eye-hand-coordination for the pilot to use. Flame throwers are bursting out everywhere, his massive hand is smashing everything in his way, the buzz saw is flinging wildly, and his stomping can kill anything in it's way. Does extreme chaos damage to anything in a fairly wide radius around the Steam Titan. High mana cost and cooldown.

Pandaren Shogun
By Aznwhore
History: Though the past of the Pandaren race is vast and unknown to most beings of Azeroth, one thing is certain: they were a very peaceful race. These samurai, or "shogun" are highly respected for they defend their race and lead the armies forward. Even with these powerful warriors, the Pandaren do not wage war against other races unless their own race is endangered. Shoguns carry powerful blades though light so they maintain their swift and powerful strikes. As Pandaren do not use magic as the Night Elves once had, their magic is limited to what nature itself provides. The same applies to their shoguns. Through years of training, they can almost rely on no special techniques but their brute strength. Fire is their element of will as it strikes along with their swords.
Primary Attribute: Agility
Spells:
Searing Strike: By focusing a huge portion of their strength on their blades, the Shogun launches one huge strike that causes immense bleeding to the living and a burning sensation to the undead.
Nature's Gift (Passive): Concentrating their inner energies, the tissue of the Shogun tighten up to produce defense as hard as stone, making the Shogun almost impervious to attacks.
Thousand Strikes Technique: When this was first used, it was performed by a master Pandaren who was in desperation to defend his village from hungry wolves. By remaining still and keeping calm, he was able to strike with a single blade faster than the eye can see, killing everything in sight.
Divine Wind (Ultimate): When the Shogun senses his own end, he can perform a ritual in which he kills himself in the progress, releasing his soul in a massive energy warp, causing damage as catastrophic as if a Titan were still walking the earth of Azeroth once again.
Goblin Reaper
by Shadow_Strike (better than NE SS strat?)
Goblins, small, feeble, but not this goblin. A small band of tinkers decided to share their minds. After years of engineering and testing, they built the Goblin Walker, but those who see it refer to it as the "Reaper". Being small and feeble as they are, they assembled 2 legs that bear a resemblence to the nerubians, allowing to stride long distances in a short time, they made the legs longer, and strapped crude jet packs to the legs, and if in dire emergengy, they are able to detach the leg parts. To keep the reaper upright, they strapped a jet pack to their backs to move properly, ability to swivel the pack also helps them turn. As for the mobility is set, they started building the perfect weapons. Reaper Cannon, a motar launcher, was heavy, and weight is a main issue, not being well buffed like the dwarves, they made the launcher to fit around their arm, acting like a motar launcher, and a power suit. A secondary device was created, the Rail Cannon, made to fit the shoulder and connect to the jet pack, therail cannon is an extreme machine, able to lauch a dozen motars in a short time, but the recoil is a risk for the goblin, though. Prefering long range weaponry to close range, they are fit to fire from afar, and may require extra meat from other creatures to aid him.
Names include; Tek Dynamite, Wrench Explosive, Gazz Contraption, Spark ClockWerk
------------------------------
Shrapnel Blast - The Reaper, using its Reaper Cannon, fires an especially votile rocket, when hit upon contact, explodes and sends deadly, flying shrapnel into the crowd around him. Traveling at a fairly slow rate, enough for the person to move, but not to out run, it homes in on a target, if vision is lost, the missle explodes.
Deals double damage to buildings.
Long Cooldown, Small Mana Cost.
Rail Cannon - Aiming and loading causes a dely when firing. The Reaper then fires a great volley of missles over great distances, almost twice his vision. The missles each create a small blast radius, but are efficient enough to weaken units from afar. Having so much fire power the recoil stuns the goblin and causes it to take damage.
Long Cooldown and Large Mana Cost.
Minimum Range of 300.
Fuel Upgrade (passive) - The Reaper checks and improves the chemicals in his fuel tank. This new fuel increases his walking speed, decreases his weapons's cooldown and mana.
Havoc Launchers (Ultimate) - The reaper goes into an insane firing frenzy few have seen, those who survived described it as a never ceasing volley of missles. The reaper turns immobile, during this time, jets turn off and the reaper turns into a small silo. Then taking no time extra, the Reaper then fires a volley of 10 missles a second around the Reaper for the next 15 seconds. Each missle stuns half a second and deals 7 damage each.
Double damage to buildings.
Long Cooldown and Large Mana Cost.
