Help With Viewer

Sorry if this has already been asked, but I couldn't find anything solving my problem. I downloaded Warcraft 3 Viewer to geomerge units. I have Wings and Gmax, but I don't know how to get the units from the viewer into them to edit. And I have saved the models somewhere. Would someone please help me? This is desperate, I need to use it for some projects.

dl the mpq viewer. it comes with a readme. basicly you extract the mpq file into mdx, then you dl kmk script, go to utlilities, and choose max script. then run or open script. look for kmk. open it, then below the run script butten theres a mdx im/exporter. choose it, now import mdx and look for the mdx you extracted.
this will work with gmax but you cant export the model as mdx, you need dex script for that.
i dont know if it works with wings. pwew, thats all.

Could I have a link? Or do you mean yobguls file converter? That I have.

yobguls converter changes mdx into mdl and vica versa.

look for MPQ VIEW and dl it, then dl the warcraft 3 data file below. there should be a readme included on how to use it.

Can't find readme, could you send me one or post it which would be even better? Or just summerise it?

Wait, the help thing says that you need somethin that I don't have, war3.mpq.txt, where od i get it? Also, where can i get Win mpq?

war.mpq is the file wich contains all the units and skins from reign of chaos.
warx.mpq is for the frozen throne. you can find it in your warcraft lll map.
