?Custom Loading Page?

Hello If you haven't played the game "Elite Snipers" then you might not know whatI am talking about. Ok so if you have I would like to know how to do that custom loading page, you know the thingy that makes it all black.

What format does it have to be made in, what program is good?

When I import it onto the game what do I need to change the path to?

I would also like to know the same questions about importing a map picture.

There is a button on this forum called "search". Try using that.

Well I guess this was either not the right place to put it or, u guyz aren't very bright for this... I think WEUnlimited should work for this...
