Icon borders!

I remember seeing someone post a file with a bunch of icon layers. The icon layers were wc3 icon borders (All including disabled/team score icon/research, caster etc.) and you could duplicate them with adobe photoshop onto custom icons instantly. I deleted my file of this and I need it badly now :(

Nome' it was a blank file that just had layers in it.

u should check out the tutorial on making icons i think they have wat your looking for.
