How much rep should i spred so that i can give rep to that person that i have given rep, and want to give it again?

to give rep two times to the same person you must give 1 point then wait some days(or hours,i don´t know) then give it rep again!Only like this you can give rep two times to the same person.IF you want give many rep to many people in only one day,you can do 3 rep points in one day,then the next day you can again give another 3 rep points.This is all what i know about reputation (weel some things more,but not so important)well i hope i helped you!
