HOw do i use fog thats not linear? |

well, if you mean the exponential, its only tinting everything fog color this is a cool effect if you gonna make white conturs with black background... edit: if you use it, you should not use "Game view" cus you will get a sky box fucking up everyting, just press "F" to turn fog on... and if you want it opposite (black/white) open the SS that is made and use photoshop to turn on invert. |

Guest | Exponential fog is useful (for gameplay purposes) for density values of around .0001 to .0005 or so. Z-values are not used for exponential fog (like how density isn't used for linear). Exp1 has a flatter curve, exp2 is is steeper. If that makes sense o.0 Attached is a map with, haha, `very easy to use' controls for manipulating fog... useful because you can only set density as low as .01 in the normal WE. |
