Change XP Gained

Zrulu	Hey, I want to change the ammount of XP gained by killing creeps and killing enemy heroes. I am pretty sure you have to edit gameplay constants but I am unsure of what variable I have to edit in order to do so. Any help will be appreciated. -Zrulu

Zrulu	All creeps would give extra, all heroes would give extra, all heroes would get more from the extra. All.
