importing skins with photoshop help

once I finish skinning a unit, I import it into a map and use a path like ReplacableTextures\<file>.mdx . nothing seems to work to make the unit appear. Any help? :(

It has to use the original file path, eg: Textures\HeroDemonHunter.blp or something like that

if that dont work try converting the tga with wc3 viewer. its possible you dont have a alpha cnannel.
