has this been known to happen, where in a multi player game half the people get a message that the other half left and the other half get a similar message and each half of players procedes to play the game separate from each other. ??? anyone?? other common causes of desync ?? |

I just looked through all of my triggers and could any of these things cause desnyc? 1. custom tileset 2. camera objects with enourmous views and large values of far Z 3. performing Unit - Move unit instantly and Unit - Explode unit with empty or uninitialized arrays. 4. Setting Camera - Set space-bar points 5. playing simultaneous 3d sounds from the same object 6. turning 'bounty' on for all players and having massive numbers of units all die in a relatively short interval |

It seems triggers are buggy. I don't think it's tilesets. I've had triggers that cause desync problems or even cause warcraft to crash while the map is loading (and no, not endless loops) |

ok, ive basically removed everything from the newest version where this bug first started to appear, and it is still happening. The only thing left that I can think of is that i did open it with the zephir editor to test out the protection. Is it possible for a map to become corrupted? i almost hope so because then i would know how to fix the problem... |

Guest | did you have a clean version without protection/ you can always check that of course, but its more likely to the tilesets *hint hint* that cannot be loaded as usual tilesets tend to crash the game |
