Spell implementing bug

When you "Calculate Shadows & Save" on a map then ability .txts won't be read. They had been previously working. Is there some way around this? Can I Uncalculate Shadows & Save? This is the second time I'm looking at remaking the map from scratch :( :( :(

WE erases all .txts and .slks when you save in it so just reimplement them AFTER yo save the map w/ shadows

I did. WE does something to the map when it calculates shadows which means you can't implement new spells. Oddly new skins work fine.

hmm how odd, I usually havent encountered a problem with custom txt and shadws calculations, are you positive? Anyway, this weird problem is yet unknown to me, so ill run a few tests and see if you are right =)

ps: try loading the map twice: if your map custom txt works after loading the map maybe the loading screen, although im certain you did use default loading screen.

Thanks for the replys.

Cookie: what do u mean load the map twice? if u mean retry implementing then I've done that. & what's this about the default loading screen? I did change it to "generic" (not aware that this might cause problems) but I've changed it back to default & it still won't work.

I'm not sure that calculating shadows caused the problem, but both times this happened to me it seems to be the only odd thing I did.

PROBLEM FIXED :)

I'm not sure why, but clicking "reset" on the loading screen options seems to have fixed it. The shadows & switching of editors were just coincidences.
