Calculator!!!!

hi there..... i was wondering if some of you guys could create a "balance calculator". for maybe ½ year ago i found a balance editor for wc3 on a website.. the one who use it shall put the health points and damagae points, range and much more and when he press the calculate button it will popup a text. the text displays who won the fight and how much life and how much time it took to win....
can someone create a calculator program or please tell me a website where i can find it.... I NEED IT!

it looks like the one i found before.... And it works the same... =)... now i wonder if someone could please create a prgoram that does the same.. you know.. so i and other doesn't need to be online everytime.. well.. Thanks
