are you talking abooooouuuuttt....dodge and burn? or lighten and darken. either way, it really depends on what kind of shading youre going for...and what the object is in 3d... keep this in mind: dont base shading on the 2d wrap....try messing around with different tones, etc, then see how its wrapped around the model....then shade. for me, i go from about 15-30 for lighten/darken and 15-20 on dodge/burn good luck. -flames' |

^_^ I use a 86 on a brush on one layer and use a 26 erase tool over the part i want shown int he shading. Then i dodge the part below several times on around 21 (Photoshop) |
