Since i just came here and not many people know me...
And still wont know me after this thread...

I present u with my first GIF Attempt...

Plz be nice, i only started drawing 2-3 months ago

interesting. basically, what you did was drew multiple images on paper, scanned em in, and made a gif? interesting method. i would have never thought of it! cool stuff.

take a look at your anatomy and hands, stuff like that doesnt come around in 2 or 3 months, and no prior experience at all before.... unless you were uberly gifted of course

I know at least I started in August 2 years ago, but ya, if what your saying is 2-3 months cmon!

o well.... it looks like 2-3 years of practice but no way cuz you said 2-3 months...

ya, im just not patient enough to do scene after scene, and i dun have a light box

K i'll tell u why i started drawing:

I am from a typical asian family where all my members believe we should be smart and successful... Due to the fact i got lucky, and scored a 140 on my IQ test, my parents thought i was born to be a genius. Due to maturity and American Influences, i got lazy, and wanted to just live the "American Dream". My parents did not believe such things and made me work. I did not want to. I wanted to be free. So due to the fact i didnt want to follow my father';s steps to Harvard Teaching, i decided that in my Life goal, i shall make the "True American Dream" in my family.

By doing this, i will:
1. Marry a Japanese Women just to piss off my parents
2. Be a comic book artist
3. Finish my successful fantasy story and make a comic
4. Rub in ito my parents faces

During the last 2 years, i have carefully developed a fantasy story which is really good(in my thought) and cool. And couple months ago, i started drawing

I soon learned the ways of drawing by carefully studing anime by anime. I studied each movement and grasped it in my mind. i harnessed the images and imagined myself in the picture. I have worked tirelessly over the months by drawing...

All just becase... I want to prove, Even their unsuccessful son can make the American Dream

EDIT: Im doing this so i can prove my family even an idiot like me can get live. They think i wont succeed and that i will fail and hopefully become a professor. I hate losing to someone i know im better than so i worked my ass off

by forgetting when you started.

seriously. i forget. i actually dont remember when i started drawing. i never really drew figures and crap like that thats based on anatomy and rules and stuff. i just liked drawing random things.

even now, im starting to go more abstract and chaotic than conformed and structured. but 2-3 months? for THAT? youre kidding me. like S_S said, no one picks up drawing that fast.

well....keep it up! id certainly like to see more!

i only know i started around 11/12 years old, +2 years makes me 14 years old now...

youre kidding me! i live in buffalo (clarence center, actually) my whole life. how long have u lived there?

nifty. and way to go with your career plan. i see a lot more people today that look to the artistic feild for their occupation.
