Small problem with 3ds max

as you see, the X,Y,Z axises are not colored as default (red, green blue, I guess)

it effects me to not be able to move the model to just individual axis (like, move to only X axis)

does anyone know how to fix this? I got in trouble with this, and I re-installed about 4 times

Just press X.

that is quite an annoying feature, took me a while to find out too.
