Hey everyone. I've been working on a footman wars-like map called The Bandit Conflict. Now, for those of you still here, here's some info. In this each of the 8 players controls a clan of Bandits that they must use to eliminate all others. Also, there is a computer, the town of Banyal. It responds to Bandit attacks by training, upgrading, and even retreating (when low on life) its own units. Also, for the Bandit Clans, this game includes...
-name your own clan, - upgrade it with a variety of upgrades, -11 Bandit units total (currently) -plus 3 heroes (all custom skills, each comming with one hero specific unit) and more to come.
Now I'm thinking of making it so you will be able to choose which bandits you want to be able to train (selecting from 20 or so units) but i'm out of bandit type ideas. It's got Thugs, Slingers, Blackhands, Impalers, Cut throats, Medicine-men, Constructers, Defenders, Blades, and Mercenaries. (hero specific are... assassins, raiders, and berserkers.) So please post reply on what you think of it and maybe some ideas for bandit units. (will give credit) thanks.

Sry for double post. -Have an update, maybe this'll get anyone to respond?
some unit descriptions i forgot to include. -13 Bandit types, -2 hero specific units.

-3 Heroes are Dark Hammer (melee offensive), Stalker (yes, based on one from dl area, Ranged Stealth), and Marauder (Melee Support).
-Thugs: First unit, melee, no special attributes, good attack speed.
-Slingers: Second unit, ranged, have Headshot (weakened crit strike) well rounded.
-Blackhands: Ranged, no special attributes, have good attack speed and range.
-Impalers: (Dark Hammer Only) Melee, have evade (weakened evasion), good damage.
-Cut Throats: (Stalker Only) Melee, have shadowmeld, good damage.
-Blood Paws: (Marauder Only) Melee, have Blood Bite (35% self-effecting Vamp. Aura), good attack speed and movement speed.
-Brawlers: Melee, no special abilities, good life and okay damage.
-Defenders: Melee, Non-upgradable Hero damage, great armor.
-Blades: Melee, best units in game if upgraded lots, well-rounded.
-Mercenaries: Melee, Courage (weakened Command Aura), Good life, armor, and damage, but are costly.
- Berserkers: (Dark Hammer Only) Melee, Smash (Weakened Bash), Good life and damage.
-Raiders: (Marauder Only) Melee, no special attributes, well-rounded and fast movement.
- Assassins: (Stalker Only) Ranged, Venom Arrows (weakened poison-coated arrows), great range and damage.

Wow now thats a long post. Anyways, hope I didn't completely waste my time doing it and if your still reading, congrats and please reply. Obviously I am short on ranged units and I have 1 slot left on each of the 3 Barracks. -13layde

Yet another update. I now have the system of selecting which Bandits you will build n your barracks almost complete. Therefore, there is only 1 hero specific unit for each hero, being the assassin, berserker, and raider. The others can all be chosen. Also, some legendary items were added and will be seen in an Artifacts shop. Each hero will only be allowed a single legendary item at one time, for balance purposes. A first release will be posted here soon, within a few days.
