Animation Problems

ok i did my anim and it ran fine in MILKSHAPE but when in viewer or game anims dont work so i made this simple modle for somone to look and tell me wuts wrong?

The exporter just doesn't seem to want to export animations for you; there are no animation keys. Can you post your MS3D?

There just aren't any animations, so it definately won't export any. Look at the built-in help tutorial about animating if you don't know how already.
