Button Converting

Could someone plz convert all of these icons into a valid .blp format? I tried with both wc3 map utilities and wc3 viewer but it doesnt work. Rep and credit in my map will be given. Thx in advance.

Its gonna be a helms deep map... but one with out heros that do 500+ damage and blink

I need help, please tell me what the path for disabled passive buttons(icons) is! I mean the beginning of the path like the one for non-diabled is "Textures\PASBTN\BTNPAS"

I just use the normal paths, and the normal disabled paths... as long as the icon is passive, it should be okay.
