[HELP]THE Error on the Installing of the DM mod

I really donot understand

when I double-clicked the Install_DMMod.exe

I get the Error:

"Run-time error '429':

ActiveX component can't create object"

is anybody here to help?

Just checking things out, but what direct X do you have, and is the D_mod.exe up to date? that program is hella old, I don't even know if it IS updated otfen, o well, cant help much

thanks a lot for your reply.the DX i'm using is the latest DX9 and the DMmod is the V1.04. I think there is nothing wrong with my system.well I'm using the WinXP with SP2 chinese version.
