Curse_Man Models

Hey there ! I'm Curse_Man and I'm working on a campaign called Athan's Tale. It's about an elven Ranger who been given a quest... To travel to Azeroth, and help a druid with some destrups in the forests ! If you now to hear more, just ask, i'm in here every day/afternoon.

But there is somthing I need to make the campaign more cool...

A´team... I can make the Terrain and all cinamatics and triggers by myself... But can't make models ! :\ So if there is any modeler which can make these models and be a part of a team:

A Dwarven figther with an axe/hammer
A wizard with a cool staff or ward...
Villagers with diffent clothes and hair

That should be it ! Plz write on [email protected] or just repley...

Why? So you can get some experience ;)

You might want to have a look at this model or this one instead of requesting brand new ones. Keep in mind that there are plenty of models out there for download. Seems to me that people prefer to request stuff that no one will ever make instead of using what's already there... incomprehensible.

How do you expect a modeler to do anything for you, if he can't even picture what the hell you're looking for? What's a cool staff or ward supposed to be? There are many things that could cool to different people. Be more descriptive. But before you do that, go and look if it's not already for download.


Just how experienced are you? Helloooo! If this is your first project, then I strongly advice on doing what The_Freak said. It will help you. Like Flad said, you'll get more experience. Even if you can't do whatever you want. In life, you can never do whatever you want. Sooner you learn this, the better.

You can start your first project as leader, but there is a strong chance that you won't get anywhere because of lack of experience. Learn to develop your skills, join a project, get experience, and only then, you should start a project.

But as Santa said, most models in the w3searc. has covered most options, not all of them are "great" but good enough. As a matter of fact, I am watching there as it is :P

Different clothes? Different hair? That's pretty standard.

Santa, I don't think he thought about it that people have different opinions, especially under the term of "cool".

*sigh* Don't remind me that in real life nothing is going in the way you want it... I had more experiences in that then I wanted to have.
Anyway, if you are refusing to believe me, or Santa, then believe my 2 years of experience out here on the forum. I've seen the strangest kind of projects rise and fall again. Anyway ,there is little to add to it after what Santa said...

I've just been looking for villages skins at wc3sear.ch but I can't find them. Although I know they're there. I saw them.

I haven't seen any either when I give a quick look. But I recall seeing some a while ago. Not many, but there were some.

^_^ lol, I find it funny, but I've seen quite a few of both your posts (Flad and Santa) in various posts and sometimes I'm wondering which one of the two is the moderator.

Very well possible Kya. Lately Santa is doing a better job as a moderator then I am, the largest reason is because I am extremely busy these last few days and both my memory and patience is being test to the uttermost limit. So, I am not really acting like a mod but a 'helping member' like Santa actually is :P

Seeing as I might leave as well, it doesn't really matter what people think of me ;)
