Hi, I was wondering if you're not to busy, if you could help me out with some animations for a gnome model, all I need is some attack animations for him like he's attacking with a sword. Flamesforzuljin already tried but said the bones arent named correctly, thus won't transfer animations correctly. So he said to ask you for help. I attached the gnome model under the animation thread since it won't let it attach it again. I tried pming you but nobody answered so thats why Im making this. Thanks, I hope you can help me out. ![]() |

all you have to do is name the bones of the gnome like the bones of the unit you want the animations from. then you can tranfer animations. |

Ok, I did it. There's one that just has the attack animation and one that I modified to look more gnomeish. |

There were two sets of bones in that model; one for each original dwarf. One nad 01 after each bone name and one had nothing. First, I renamed the ones with nothing to 02 (like Bone_Head to Bone_Head02). Then I took away the 01s. That left the used bone structure with names matching the footman's, and I was able to just use the transfer program. For making it look gnomish, if that's what you're wondering, I just trimmed the hair, made the head shorter, and scaled the head up, using my vertex modifier program. |
