This is really bad, because you can't have single unit damage which considers etherealism / spell immunity, fortunally , the new version of the caster system (10.0) has the solution.

If you'll click the link you'll see that it's a post at the battle.net forums which blizzard DO read (Even if they might drop by here sometimes to check things out, even if I doubt it).
