Guest | The problem is that when I import external sounds into a map using world editor, the files are deleted. Normally this happens after I test the map once or twice. The sounds work just fine until after the first or second test. Then when I return to the sound editor, the list of sounds are all set to "0:00" (rather than a time such as "0:21") and no longer function in the game. I have the latest patch installed and have tried it on windows 98 and on 2000 with the same results. Does anyone else have this problem? Please help me! |

Guest | Thanks for the quick reply! So adding triggers messes up the imported sound variables? Do you think that it is this a bug that will be fixed in the future? What if I have to modify the map afterwards, is there anyway of preserving the sounds that have been imported? |

I guess it's not too much of a problem as long as you do the sensible procuedure of keeping sounds in a folder for each map - though I don't understand why it happens in WE. It's not like SE did the same. |
