how can i get hero past level 100?

How can I make the heroes max level past 100

The same way you increase it normally. Advanced -> Gameplay Constants -> Max Hero Level.

If you can't set it above 100, you'll probably need to get WEU, because it allows you to set it to any number you want.

shift click... but it generally allows higher then 100
