Well, since it's already Saturday, I might as well throw another one up here.

Your assignment this week is to terrain the aftermath of a skirmish between two small armies. Their battleground is the vast fields and woods of the farming countryside. Remember, terrain the AFTERMATH, not the actual battle.

Have fun.

Aftermath = after the battle. So, yes.

It's kinda hard to do a battle scene with units just standing still in the editor. Plus I don't want to open maps and run cinematics just to view terrain. You can if you really want to, I was just thinking about your convenience as well as mine. Well more mine than yours but hey the thought was there.

if you made a serie of screenshots, you could show how the battle progressed?

but let's see this may be a WT I may enter...

I was thinking of making scenes of before the battle started, like preperation and other things, troops moving out... Enemy scouts and other things

Like an elemental force of havoc destruction we thundered through the lands of the Draenei devastating all that we beheld. Not one life was spared. No building was left standing. The only traces of their existence were the blood-soaked fields they had worked for nearly five thousand years and the rank, acrid smell of the huge victory fires that consumed the bodies of their young. The Draenei were a weak people - hardly worth the effort of our raiding sweep. In the end, however, even these simple victories serve to keep inferior in their place...

Those shots are from a cinematic I've been working on for a while now. I've only started terraining recently, but since I already had this terraing in my computer, I just thought I'd enter it for the WT.

I rushed mine too, except mine took 5 minutes.

Up came the rising sun
And by that time,
There was only one.
He smiled, for he knew
He had won.

I know it sucks, don't bother me about it :P
