Is it possible?

Aint no forum to post this in, so ill say it. Do you think that anyone could convert the current graphics and make use of the shaders for the receant graphics cards. Ive seen it done with old games, little packs that convert things like animations and enviroment, adding a cool shader effect making it look so cool and real!


Also how do u get a Black and white style Fade filter

and if possible a blurry motion type thing....
