Guest | I'm Trying to edit a skin by placing a different face onto an existing skin. I want to put a Buffy face onto an Arthas model. How would i do this? I've tried copying over the top of the arthas face but in game it just appears headless and brightly glowing red. I really need help, Thanks The_Creator |

is that a sims pic? :) and why would you want THAT face on...... arthas? kinda sick aint it? i aint never done anything like it before but i would imagine you would have the facial expression of arthas. kinda manly, though maybe that is why you want it? |

Well, it happens sometimea, i usualy fix this like this, i edit the skin a lil and then convert it to .blp sometimes it fails, but then i just convert it to .blp again and it works (at least for me it does) |

I'm not trying to be sick. I'm making a Buffy the Vampire Slayer Map based on the Season 5 Finale. If you've ever seen it, you'd know what she has a large hammer, I was using arthas for that reason and he has long blonde hair like Buffy. Then with the Buffy face onto the Arthas skin it should hopefully look slightly better. The_Creator |

i think the question is, do you really want it to look like this!?!? anyway, you should look for a better buffy pic. it has to be wider. EDIT: i made the the arthasbuffy, im not saying it looks good or anything. do with what you want. |

yeah, its really simple to attach. make a trigger: special effects on unit--select the unit --select your special effect (blabla)--then you have to enter a attach point. origin=base of model hand (left or right)= is the hand chest= body head=head overhead=above the head. |

Actualy you can just make a spell from an ability called sphere all you need to do is change the part that seems like Art - Target Art - Target Attachment Point 1 Art - Target Attachment Point 2 Art - Target Attachment Point 3 Art - Target Attachment Point 4 Art - Target Attachment Point 5 Art - Target Attachment Point 6 Art - Target Attachments all you need to do is change the (Target) part to the Hammer model that you can get from either of these two areas of this site. http://www.wc3sear.ch/index.php?p=Models&ID=639&sid= http://www.wc3sear.ch/index.php?p=Models&ID=629&sid= Then what you do is change the (Target Attachment Point 1) part to either hand, right or hand, left to do this make two threads the first with hand the second with the hand the hammer is going to go on. After that you need to change the (Target Attachments) to 1. Finaly all you need to do is give unit the spell and test the map to make sure you got it the right way. |

Guest | Just wenn extracting the skin extract it to *.tga - and wenn editing save as *.tga (u can save copy in any else format). This is for correct skin look. Use tga always! Then just try not painting on outlines. Try to fit in the face countours. Should work. |
