Please post all your ideas for expanded inventory and equipment systems. Ideas must be inventory that are on the hero. Thanks ![]() |

What i'm using in my map is an Item Stash system. It's a secluded area where you have 2 units with 6 slot inventories, a Mail Box (for sending back to hero) and a shop at which to sell unwanted items, plus lots of floor room. |

That will not work for me |

Guest | You could give hero/unit an item (i.e. called "inventory") and, when the unit uses that item, create an invisible unit with inventory slots, make player select that unit and when deselected, save unit in cache and remove it. For giving items to this inventory, maybe just placing those items in slot 6 or something. I hope you understood Salutions® |

This may sound rude to you, but I would suggest searching the repositories, past threads, and the files. This is... what... the third (?) recent thread about inventory systems. I find it rude that you just asked us to post all of our methods without first doign some research. Sorry if it seemed like a flame, but at least put your part into it instead of just telling us which of ours will or will not work for you. EDIT: Oh you're kidding me. How many threads have you made about this topic?!?! Two are right next to eah other! |

I have looked at all the expanded inventory systems and they all worked but only offline. Plus they all use Jass which makes it so i can't edit it. |

If it is Jass I can't modify it to fit my map |

if u would be willing to learn, u would accept it. Jass is rather easy anyway, just read it and u will understand rather quick, the first function is where your actions are in, they are mostly selfexplaining, like they are in gui |

I've read the tutorial on Jass but I just don't understand it. |

u don't really need 2 understand it to MODIFY it, creating it from scratch is another thing. modifying is just changing some numbers or variables, which is fairly easy in jass, just like in gui |

Forget it... Back to the topic at hand... I am looking for a working online expanded inventory system that provides 2 extra slots for a total of 8 slots |

god trigger haven is really deteriorating. We should just whipe it and start from scratch. Honestly. This is a place where we help you understand triggering, not where you come and order up a system with extra fries and expect us to deliver it to you. |
