Guest | Can anyone write in full detail on how to create a working Leaderboard for Point Values? I don't want one for kills or for gold. I just need one for Point Values so that when I kill a unit which has a Point Value of 1000 in it's Point Value Option in the Unit Editor, I'll see 1000 points in the Leaderboard. I'm in need of such a trigger for my MTG map, and I've been working on this for days and I can't seem to figure it out. I've done everything the guide you guys have up here for kill points, and modified them to Point Values, but it doesn't seem to work. can anyone create one on a map, save it and upload it in response? That would be awsome. |

Guest | Doesn't every unit have a value of 100 for thier point value? I guess you are going to be changing them for your map. Anyway. I edited the map kerry made so it uses less triggers. I also added a disabled trigger that keeps track (adds up) a player's total points, which requires one more variable. |

Guest | thanks again ppl, I'll be sure add you both in the credits when i'm done, I'll be back if I need anymore help on the triggers. god WCIII is nothing like SC/BW when it comes to triggering work :( |

Guest | Hmm I'd just came back from testing both maps. each of which gave me the point values of what each of the unit was worth when killed. But they didn't add up as in when I kill a gnoll and another gnoll and the granite I should have 860 points cuz the granit is worth 750 and each normal gnoll is worth 55. The points don't add up they only display the point value of the last killed unit. I've enabled the add point trigger as well but that trigger doesn't seem to work either. |

No there is nothing wrong, just disable "just most current" and enable "Add points" Thanks Raw Kuts for fixing that, i never thought of it. |

Guest | I wasn't sure which one you wanted, since in your first post it sounded like you didn't want them to add up. Sorry I didn't comment it at all, but yea, if you want the points to add up, you have to enable the "add points" and disable the "just most current". And remember to change the values of the points for all the units in your map cause by default they are 100 for everything. I just changed a few of the units to see if it would work in game. |

Guest | yea I know by default it's 100 points all around, the only thing I haven't done but wondering how... which I guess I can figure out is how to subtract the points from the leaderboard when someone casts a spell or summon in the MTG map i'm making. Ohwell I'll figure it out if not come back and post again. Thx for all the help. |
