Im still in the first process of creating the map, but i wondering if anybody wanted to help me out with it. after all i need hosts and ppl to help me with concepts and all. so if your interested just tell me what you think you can do to help. |

I've read that book, its really good. Iw3'l help you with terrain if u want, or some other ideas. I think it should be more in depth then ring wars though. Infact, it would make an excellent RPG. If u need some ideas then il help |

Ah yes, Eragon. That's a very excellent book btw. I worked on a map like this on Starcraft. It was ok, but not my best work. I would have offered my services, if not for all the other projects I'm dedicated too. Sorry! Good luck! |

I can terrain, and minor triggering. I'l terrain now anyway Keep in mind I borrowed the book from my friend a few months ago, so excuse my spelling of names 'n stuff ^_^ Eragon and company begin their long journey to the Beor mountains to join the rebels against their fight against Galbatorix. Main teams will be: Galbatorix's Forces (evil) Eragon and Company The Elves (good) The Rebels (good) Eragon's goal is to get to the Beor Mountains laive along with any other allies. Galbatorix must capture Eragon using his near limitless power over the land. The Rebels must ensure Eragon and Saphira arrive safely to the Mountains, while holding back Galbatorix. The Elves aid by sending troops to the Rebels and when Eragon arrives at the Mountains, he will be passed on to the Elves after some brief training. Neutral cities will be player controled and can join either the Rebels or Galbatorix, and they will recceive troops depending on who they choose (if they do) Each town or City will have a General that commands their troops, if the General dies the city or town will fall to the hands of the slayer. Only evil can do this to neutrals, but enemy cities can be captured by good the same way. Along the way Eragon will learn new types of spells, but if he exhausts his supply of magic (mana) he will die. He doesnt work like a normal hero, you dont choose his spells, they will be learned as he levels up. Depending on what type of training he endures, he will learn those types of spells. Saphira can also aid him in channeling especially powerful spells if need be. The base of the rebels is hidden deep in the Beor Mountains and from there they send troops to outlying cities to aid in their defense, or to convince them to join their side. I'l try to think of sum more RPG elements to make it more fun, but nothing too advanced Il start the terrain as soon as i find a good map. |
