I was wondering if it is possiable to make a multi-map multiplayer game for use on battle.net?

For example you start a game off with 12 players on map 1 and one player goes through a door that takes him to map 2.

No. It's not possible, sorry. Else you would already have seen this, many many times.

But you could use the "set camera bounds" option in the trigger editor and simulate it.

I can make some awsome maps if I could use multi-maps in multiplayer.

as said, u can simulate it with camera bounds, trying it yourself would maybe solve your problem.

I wonder if there is actually a point on simulating them with camera bounds, the map will still be as big, and the same map.

I'm using the camera set boundries in my map just for the effect mentioned above. It's quite cool. vexorian, look for a map called water wars. VIt's an AOS that does this though when you submerge (you'll figure out what that means when ya get the map) you are moved a few coordinates off.
