lever combonation in the caves

i cant figure it out, and i cant stay in ther caves for long periods of time do to strong creeps doees andy one know the combonation, if so please tell me

The hints are: "Three levers" and "Eleven"

1+4+6
2+4+5
3+2+6

In my opinion, only this three combinations are possible. Try it (didn't even try, only the thought of killing guardians made me just push that button :D)

there only 5 levers, u used 6 several time, could you explain this
