Bunch Of Jibberish

When I click on the link to download the caster system 10.0 all I get is a site covered in crypic computer code jibberish. Can someone pls tell me how to download this, I really want to know.

I just tested it and it works, are you sure the site wasn't down or acting weird the day you tested?

This is really upseting cause your program sounds awsome and I really really want to download it! Can anyonw help me, like maybe post a link in your reply that I could use?

It is not a program, and you are probably running weird problems cause the url is working right.
