Could you help me fix the attachment points on this?

A while ago someone made this model for me, which is supposed to be a Paladin book attachment to be used on a unit. However, the attachment points are a little screwy which prevents it from attaching properly. Fix it for me and much thanks and reputation will go around.

maybe making it a geoset would fix this problem?
