Multiboard help

Hello, im making a map which needs a multiboard which i am going to explain now.
This is what i need it to do:

|Team 1 Hero: Kills: Died: Status:
| *His hero* *His kills* 5 times fx *njury level*

Barely Injured *lost 10% life*
| Injured *lost 40% life*
| Badly Injured *lost 70% life*
| Near Death *Lost 90% life*
| DEAD DEAD
|
i want the ext under each of the fields to change according to the statistics of the game.

what exactly is your question, you just explained what you want to do, you didn't state where you are haveing the problem doing so.

i think he wants us to do it for him.

Yeah I also think he's too lazy to try it himself so he wants us to trigger his really cool map(sorry if I'm wrong but it sounds like this)

Sry I've done the work for someone else today I only do that for 1 person a day try tomorrow ^_^ .
