Uh... you know, you can always ask people to make models for you in the request forum, or you can start a project and try and hire modelers - which won't be an easy task - which could make the models. But all in all, just asking this out of the blue... is a tad weird. |

Guest | I would try to hire moddelers but I dont want to bother with the fuss of it. I would much rather have a model just made and i could import it. Also - if i choose to use your model then your name will be included in the akcnowledgements section of my map/s - just to let you know. So plz just leave a reply if you are willing to do this task. |

*scratches the back of his head* Okay... that's a reason I can't recall hearing before, even with most of my time spending in the Team Gathering forum ;) Anyway, you naturally MAY "bother" them with it, if they wouldn't want to do it, they wouldn't accept it anyway. |

Actually, a few days ago, I was on an other forum, and someone actually asked the same thing, that guy was planning of paying with Paypal, I'm not sure what he wants here, but I think it is only meant symbolic. |

As he said as well, "but i lack the ability or will" I think that says enough. |

You're a modeler yourself if my memory serves - for a change -, what is your own opinion with it? Care to share it? :P |

If you want me to be honest, I'd say no.. Atleast I wouldn't work for money (even for virtual money like in here). Atleast he should say what he wants. Is all the trouble worth the money? And what if you make him a model and then he doesn't pay you? It has happened before and 'will' 'propably' happen again. |

Highly probably yes, but I am also thinking... You get the model, you're happy with it, a month past, and you don't like it anymore. But you DID paid for it. That's quite a waste of money if you ask me. But anyway Jord, heed Alby's and my words ;) They might save you money ;) |

You would probably have better luck just saying what you want in the first place rather than waiting for someone to express interest. If someone's going to do a requiest, they'll likely be doing it because whatever you're requesting is an interesting thing to model, and you won't get that without telling anyone what it is. Anyway, I rarely/never see requests get done in which the requester doesn't actually say what the model they want is. |

Inscription and a picture (if you got any), and just a request. If it's a good idea, someone might want to make it. |

Guest | thanks for the advice guys. Ok, well i am still thinking about exactly what models i need most made and i also need to do a bit of design so that the moddeler can get it pretty correct to what i want. Anyways, i am still trying to make the money i need on the stock market, but if your willing to do the work for free, i would be very gratefull. Thanks lads/laddesses !!!! Jord |
