I have 3 custom spells, one is identical to heal, one is Identical to slow, and the other is based of of searing arrows(Yes I changed it to unit) I just dont get why, but they wont show up on the unit. And yes, they do all have mana. any ideas? |

I know you said you did some of this, but let me just run though the checklist in my head: 1. Set to be either unit or hero (for unit or hero). 2. Given the skills to the desired unit or hero. 3. The unit or hero has mana to cast these spells. 4. The spell icon position is correct so the icons do not overlap. 5. Two or more spells arn't based of the same base spell. From what I understand you should be fine... Odd. Can you give us any other details? |

I fixed it, it was caused by two seperate problems for seperate spells 1. Stupidity, the searing arrows based spell I gave as an active ability... but not as an ability. 2. It seems in order for a custom skill to work... it HAS to be edited, because there were both human spells(The other spell I did twith this and worked was curse, obviously an undead skill) and I like to orginise my custom spells in human, unless I have differnt sides(not the case here). So I added one to the range of both heal and slow, and they showed up fine. |

i don't know if this is it but this has happened to me once, like i made a fire ball spell once which used dummies and the dummie was shot but there was no mdl showing.... i posted and someone told me it had something to do with no birth animation or something |
