I recently posted in a thread to find some models and Right field said it's in the TTOR alpha patch and he also said I had to extract it. How can I do this?

I guess you can use winmpq. (http://www.wc3sear.ch/index.php?p=Tools&ID=1&sid=) (It works much like Winzip it's just used on mpq-files and not zip files.)

Then open the TTor mpq-file with it and find the models you want.

if you are refering to TFT then winmpq and extract all the files then open them
