What kind of map do you like the best?

Hey. I just wanted to know what kind of map everyone liked the most. Thanks.

I like RPGs, but I haven't see any good RPG map for warcraft yet, so my vote is for Defensive maps.

(its kinda sad cuz i nvr played most of these map styes like arena or others,... ....however) i gota say i think campaigns are good, i like to play em and to make em (like my starcraft campaign) but (sadly) i hardly finish them (hope my starcraft campaign works :god_help_us: )

My personal favorites are RPG maps (mostly singleplayer, since people on Battle.net oh-so love messing up multiplayer RPG maps) and campaigns.

If none of those count, then I'm going to have to vote for Offensive.

AoS and Arena, because they are dynamic, competitive and team-oriented.

Why not an RPG-Campaign? Eh?!

Ok. So if I understand this right you like RPG's that are...
- dynamic
- competitive
- team-oriented
- well made

Team orientated RPGs don't work except if you have a load of mates who all happen to want to play it at exactly the same time and have 2 hours to spare...

Which is rare.

Otherwise you end up with the average b.net player (eg: total and utter prick) who screws everything up....

And competitive RPG? How would that work (just wondering...)?

And main thing in an RPG: Storyline/Characters.

Nono, I said I liked Arenas and AoS because they are competitive and team oriented, not RPGs, because they are generally not. If you tried to make an RPG team-competitive, the map would be more like an AoS or Arena than an RPG.

I would love to see a really wellmade rpg, but seeing bnet rpgs are just mass imba items and lvl 1000 creeps I prefer TOWER DEFENSE MHAHAHAHAHAHAHA (yes im serious ithink its the only maptype that can be awfully made and still fun)

Battlenet is fun but the most you get as a single player

rpg and campaign, those are really cool. i also like stuff like arena's,aos. but i dont play that so much.
