Help skin

Okay i found this very good skin of jaine made by : Sopho, but i couldnt get it imported so i fiqure if it possible if someone make a model of jaine exactly to same thing wit all the same animetion, but change her skin to the one i wanted.
if its possible can u do that and then attach me
the file : jaine(the model with the new skin, and no staff on it)
jaine portrait(i heate it when ppl dont put their portrait)
