Help with Engineering Upgrade

oNdizZ	Can anyone please help me to understand that ability? Or show me how? I want to make it so that you choose your own abilities to your hero but i can't figure it out how to use the Engineering Upgrade

Panto	Since 1.17, you can now set the level of abilities on a unit with a trigger, so Engineering Upgrade is no longer particularly necessary for that purpose. I think I have a map around here somewhere that shows the general idea of how you can do it, if you want to see.

yes plz, but if i weren't clearly enough; i want choosable learnable(!) abilities :)
