Alpha Removal Area

Hi, as I'm not really good at skinning, alas, I'll be doing the following:

-Removal of the Alpha Channels on a skin (team color, not the glow on heroes);
-Small editing of the Alphas (yes, you can change their shape), though I don't really guarantee that it will look good.

If I'll be able to do it, I'll write accepted or if it's too much or if I don't have enough free time, I'll write refused.

Would you be able to take the spine thingies off of the storm wyrm's back?? that would be really helpful for me.

only do the salamander and the vizier if you want to, you do not have to do them. it would be awesome if you did, though.

This shouldn't be too tough to do, but I can't figure out how to do it myself. I'm not good with alpha channels. Anyway, what I need is the sword and shield of three models alphaed out; The footman, the captain, and the bloodelf liutenant. If you can get me these three without a sword or shield, I'll be the happiest man alive. Thanks in advance.
