will the battle system be available for download?

will the battle system be available for download for people to use in thier maps?
i believe that darkone said that it might be in an old thread, i want to know if this is true
the main reason i am asking is because io want to recreate the rpg "Fayth and Destiny" it was on starcraft brood war it was also story driven and used a TBC system and item system and spell system like this ones(exept not nearly as good)
it was an amazing rpg and i would liuke to try anmd bring it to the warcraft 3 community
also darkone thank you for making such an amazing map the quality of your work was astounding it was a very complex rpg although short but still fun also very creative and great skins, very cool title screen too
