I can't seem to enter the Cave area. In the forest, there is the locked gate, and then there are several archways to the far north east, which looks like an entrance to a new area. However, i can move my character under the archways but he won't enter that area. |

extract herorpg into the campaigns folder in your war3 directory, not the maps folder. i dunno, you need to give more information as to what your problem is. |

Guest | I just downloaded the campaign and can't figure out how to get it to work, either. The directories and files may be arranged differently between Windows and MacOS, but the thing is that the WCIII installation on my Macintosh has no Campaigns directory. The .w3n file doesn't exist. In the Saves directory there are "Campaigns.w3p" and ".w3v" files in each profile, but that's it, and simply adding Hero RPG to the mix does about as much as a bag of hammers. Should there be a Campaigns directory? Creating one and placing the file inside doesn't seem to do anything. Although, I did start throwing the campaign file around into every folder I could find, I somewhere along the line I ended up with a mysterious campaign profile named "WorldEdit," but that may have not been from the .w3n file. If anyone runs a Mac and has played this campaign, or any .w3n file, puhleeuz give a brief smack-in-the-face on how to get it running. Thanks! |
