Good idea, but the skin is not all that good, it needs more colors, and alot of shading, and more structures.

good idea, and good skin on some parts, but you need soms shading in pretty much everywhere. Think of what would really be on them and then you know how to fill those empty spaces that make your model look unskinned. Also when you are shading add muscle shading, even for girls, it doesnt make much sense but as long as you keep it less strong it looks great. ^_^ ^_^

i love tha cape/mantle... hate the rest. you desporately need smore shading everywhere, its hurtfull on the eyes right now and ingame will show up as a blinding white blob ^ ^

i've seen the idea before, but never performed in a scheme like this, and i like it.

The concept is good for a start, just listen to the other guys here on where to improve it. ^^

I have a minor warning regarding the cape though, one I ran into on my last skin. I assume you alphaed it so it shows up in 'strips'. The problem with the HeroWarden, at least that I ran into, is that while the alpha work will show up in Wc3Viewer, it's lost once you get in-game (the cape becomes whole again). I could be wrong, but I'd say to try and test how the skin looks in game, just in case.

The initial model does look good, but the cape might need to be redone or removed, since it looks like it's been split in two as it stands right now.

Other than that, it's looking good! ^^
