Ive been looking around for a while at plugins for 3ds max and i came acrossed this one in particular that sparks my interest Texture Layers 2, from Mankua my question is...does anyone know much about this tool? Is it worth purchasing? any help would be apreciated. ;) |

Well it does seem like a nice plugin, but its 300$$$!!! its definately not worth it! Also its for advanced mapping and texturing. U might not neem that or might not be able to use it properly. These type of plugins are meant for companies like blizzard, they dont care about 300$ and they might need it. Well if u have 300$ to throw away, go for it! (I wouldnt) ![]() |

I dll it as wel, and I must say it does look kinda nice, I also downloaded the ClothFx, which is even used by Blizzard's Arthas model ( cloak ) and there is a reference to it, but you need ( in both cases ) a pretty heavy computer to deal with it and it si used in scenematics only ( real scenematics ) not for in game stuff, cause WC III doesn't support it. |
